Norway is an elongated country with varied terrain, and more than 500,000 cabins and holiday homes. We, therefore, have cabins both in the mountains and by the sea. Cabins on the mountain are usually the place to go in the winter and the cabin by the lake in the summer. We use our cabin approx. 50 days each year.
This means that our beloved cabin is left unused or unattended for more than 300 days a year.
There is nothing more frustrating than starting your holiday with water damage, which has developed extensive moisture damage over time. Then it makes sense to have a system that can tell you about the state of the cabin throughout the year. There are three places in particular where it makes sense to measure the moisture level in the cabin
Basements and attics are places you don't often travel to, and for that reason, it makes sense to have our sensor system monitor risk-prone areas for you.
Our sensor system tells you when moisture values are above desired values. Then, in an early phase of moisture damage, you will be able to carry out repairs for a much lower cost than if you repair after long-term damage.
Now you no longer have to wonder how things are at the cabin
